By definition,
Exercise is the fact that we move our body energically in order to remain
healthy or in good shape. According to John Fitzgerald Kennedy, ¨physical
fitness is not only one of the most
important keys to a healthy body, it is also the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual
activity¨.
This is by no means
something easy to achieve. Physical fitness reqires discipline and
determination, which is the quality of trying to do something even when it is
difficult. In a nutshell, you should exert yourself as much as possible.
Remember, where there is a will , there is a way.
We should do exercise on a regular basis for optimum
health. Lack of exorcise can lead to feelings of depression and exhaustion.
Since we are what we
eat, a good diet is more than necessary for optimum health. We are not talking
about a public display of a lean and bony body just like an art exhibition.
Many people believe diet is not to eat at all, but it refers to balance and healthy food on a regular basis,
including fruit and vegetables. It is never too late to build on your diet and
by the same token, lose weight and keep heart disease away.
