Drinking Water II
Drinking Water
As I said in the first part of this article, ¨ Prevention is better than cure.¨
Drink water and stay healthy ! Four (4) glasses of water in the morning before breakfast is the key to start your treatment in order to lead a healthy life. Remember not to drink water right after lunch or dinner. You´d better wait for at least 15 minutes then enjoy yourself drinking the best beverage that has ever made : Water.
1- High blood pressure / hypertension : 30 days
2-Gastric : 10 days
3- Contipation : 10 days
Drink as much water as you can on a daily basis in order to drain your bowels and avoid chronic pain in your kidneys, chronic constipation, headache, dizziness, and cancer of the bowel !!!
Nowadays it is not a secrete that many people suffer from horrible pain in their kidneys for abuse of carbonated drinks such as : Soda, soft drink or pop. That is why we recommend drinking water or natural juice instead of other types of beverages to all our friends and readers of Plurivision2020.
