1- a riot  :  a very funny person
      ex      :   Jenny is my best friend. She´s a riot.

 2- a breeze : very easy
    ex      :  My homework is a breeze. I don´t need your help to do it.

 3-  a gem : a very helpful or a special person 
    ex      :   Lolly is a real gem ! She helped Perla and I get out of UASD while the situation was out of control.
  4- swamped : very busy
     ex : My daughter is pretty swamped these days. She has a lot to do at school.

   5- easy come, easy go : spend money as soon as you get it.
      ex : It´s easy come, easy go ! I just can´t save money. As soon as I get some money, I spend it.

    6- shop until I drop : shop until you are tired.
       ex : Isabelle loves to shop until she drops. She´s addicted !

    7- hit it off  : like someone very much the  first time you meet.
        ex : How was your first date with Maria ? Did you hit off ?

     8- take it easy  : relax
         ex : I am going to take it easy this weekend. 

     9- ask her out : invite her to go on a date
        ex : Wow ! Linda is so beautiful tonight ! Can I ask her out ?

     10- get off easy : to escape severe punishment for something  you have done wrong.
        ex : You just got off pretty easy if you sentenced only 6 months in prison
