1- To pay the price          : Suffer the consequences /  to experience the bad result of your actions.
                                   Perla stayed up late watching TV last night, and now she has to pay the price. 

 2- Suit yourself !             : Do what you want to.
                                  You don´t want to come with me. Alright darling. Suit yourself ! 

 3- A catch-22          :    You can´t solve another problem until you solve the first one.
                                   Without experience you can´t get a job, and you can´t get a job without               
                                   experience.It´s a catch-22. 
 4- Like a fish out of water : be akward because you are in a situation which you haven´t experienced   before.
                              The very first day of the English Immersion Program, I was like a fish out of water

 5- To bite the bullet   : To accept something unpleasant without complaining.
                              Canneleny can´t stand her boss,but she needs. She has to bite the bullet !

 6- On the verge of     : If you are on the verge of doing something, you are near to experience it.
                               Wascar is on the verge of falling in love in a big way with Zoe.

 7- Help yourself !       : To serve oneself food or drink
                                Feel free to help yourself if you want to get some pizza !

 8- Tricks of the trade  : Ways of achieving things / clever method to do a particular type of work.
                                We often improve the photos before publishing. It´s one of the tricks of the trade.

 9-  The tip of the iceberg : A small visible part of (a big problem)  
                               Thes small local protests are just the tip of the iceberg. 

10- To have bigger/other fish to fry : have something more important to do.
                               Sorry I couldn´t join the club last weekend. I had other fish to fry.
